Lawsuit Challenges California Ban on 'Large Capacity' Firearm Magazines :: 06/14/2017
SACRAMENTO, CA —-(Ammoland.com)- Attorneys for individual gun owners and civil rights advocacy organizations filed a motion and brief seeking a temporary injunction in a federal civil rights lawsuit challenging the State of California’s ban on so-called “large-capacity” firearm magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
New Jersey: Supreme Court Continue to Reschedule Concealed Carry Case :: 06/14/2017
New Jersey –-(Ammoland.com)- This morning the United States Supreme Court rescheduled the Peruta case again, which could restore concealed carry in NJ if taken up. Second Amendment advocates are eagerly watching the courts to see what the court will do with this case, because if the court were to strike down California's concealed carry laws, New Jersey's would be on the chopping block as well.
