Measure Introduced To Require D.C. State To Back Gun Rights :: 06/30/2020
For years now, there’s been talk of making the District of Columbia a state. There are valid reasons why they should be a state, too, since residents don’t get congressional representation in any meaningful way, yet are required to pay taxes just like the rest of us. No taxation without representation and all that jazz.
Commedian's Attempt To Paint Gun Folks As Racists Fails :: 06/29/2020
“Comedian” Sacha Baron Cohen has tried to make gun rights advocates look ridiculous in the past. He has a habit of pretending to be someone he’s not, saying ridiculous things to ordinary people, then filming the reaction. That’s apparently the totality of his “comedy.”
Nope, They Really Do Want to - Burn It All Down! :: 06/29/2020
He wasn’t being figurative. He wasn’t being symbolic. When Hawk Newsome—the leader of Black Lives Matter in New York—said for America to give him what he wanted or that he would “burn it down,” even though he pretended otherwise, he was being literal.

Garen Wintemute, MD (of course) et al have come up with another study to publish, this one in their anti-gun co-conspirator, The New England Journal of Medicine, purporting to show that gun owners are more likely to suicide over time than those who do not own guns.
Gun Control Invading Local PTAs Everywhere :: 06/28/2020
I don’t spend a lot of time with the local PTA. While I still have one kid in grade school and another now in college, I never really could sit through one of the boring PTA meetings. I respect parents who want to make the school better and I’m willing to help where I can, but my ADHD rear can’t sit through endless Karens talking about how important it is to understand car pickup etiquette.
The Elites Are Revolting :: 06/28/2020
Our Establishment is revolting – in fact, it stinks on ice. What you see out there is our alleged betters struggling mightily to hold onto the power that we Normal people dared to wrest away from them in 2016. One component of their campaign is the burning and looting information operation conducted by black-clad pawns.

Is the time of the no-knock drug raid coming to an end? :: 06/27/2020
In the mass protests over out-of-control and racially biased law enforcement ignited by the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, Floyd’s name isn’t the only one being chanted by the crowds. There’s also Ahmaud Arbery, the Georgia jogger gunned down by white vigilantes. There’s Rayshard Brooks, the Atlanta man who was shot and killed by police after he fell asleep in his car in a Wendy’s drive-through lane and got into a tussle with the officers when they tried to arrest him.
Pratt: Virginia state police runs illegal background checks on Virginians :: 06/27/2020
Gun owners have known a long time that, while the People are expected to obey the law, the ruling government elite operates under a different system. Virginia Royal Governor Northam’s order that Virginians wear masks in public — right after being caught taking “selfies” on the beach without one — is recent proof of this fact. A state record request by Gun Owners of American provides another example of the maxim “rules for thee, but not for me” — one that implicates lots of anti-gun politicians.

Parkland Dad Continues Fight For Armed Response In Schools :: 06/26/2020
In the current debate over policing reforms, one of the steps that we’re seeing some cities take is ending the practice of having school resource officers as a daily presence in public schools. Minneapolis, Minnesota school board members have already cancelled the contract with the city’s police department, and the Oakland, California school board voted to remove school resource officers earlier this week.
Criminal Justice Reform Should Include Decriminalizing The Second Amendment :: 06/25/2020
We seem to be caught in a moment somewhere between reform or revolution. Change policing and the criminal justice system via legislation, or the angry mob will do to the nation what it did to the statue of anti-slavery hero Hans Christian Heg and Senate Democrat Tim Carpenter in Madison, Wisconsin the other night. While I believe in the right of revolution, I can’t imagine a less inspiring group of Americans to follow into battle than the useful idiots and fellow travelers who’ve fallen in line behind Marxist rebels without a clue in trying to start one, each single statue or busted up Starbucks at a time.
Gun Rights Activists Get Key Win In Pennsylvania :: 06/25/2020
As a nation, we’ve mostly come out of a national emergency and there’s some indication we may be heading back into COVID Emergency Part Deaux. Media Matters Accidently Proves Gun Control Not Needed :: 06/25/2020
Anti-gunners have a tendency to present the world as an incredibly dangerous place. They use any number they can to scare you, hoping that the fear will make you call for gun control. That’s why they lump suicides in with “gun fatalities” every single year. They know the number of homicides won’t do it alone, so they take suicides and add it in there and hope no one will notice.
AG's in 16 States [Pennsylvania] Embrace Background Checks On Ammo Purchases :: 06/24/2020
California’s law requiring background checks on every purchase of ammunition has been a gigantic clusterfark since it took effect back in 2018. Since then, tens of thousands of Californians have been denied the ability to purchase ammunition because of problems with the government’s database of gun owners, while others have had to wait through lengthy delays to simply purchase a box or two of ammunition.
