Texas District Judge Strikes Down Ban on Handgun Carry by Young Adults :: 08/27/2022

\SCOTUS Turns Back Maryland Gun Ban Case, New Brief Filed :: 08/24/2022

MONUMENTAL ORDER: Third Circuit VACATES Prior Decision Related to 2nd DUI Firearms Prohibition :: 08/20/2022
Late yesterday, Chief Counsel Joshua Prince, assisted by Attorney Dillon Harris, secured two monumental Orders by the Third Circuit granting reconsideration Williams v. Attorney General, 19-2694, vacating its and the district court’s prior decisions finding that Mr. Williams could not bring a successful Second Amendment as-applied challenge to his putative federal firearms prohibition stemming from a second DUI, and remanding the matter to the district court for reconsideration in light of Bruen v. NYSRPA, 142 S. Ct. 2111 (2022).
Injunction Sought Against New Jersey in 3d Guns 1st Amendment Case :: 08/19/2022

Two Colorado towns hit with federal lawsuits over new gun control rules :: 08/19/2022
A federal judge has already granted an injunction blocking the town of Superior, Colorado’s new ban on so-called assault weapons, but that hasn’t stopped a number of other communities in the state from imposing their own similar restrictions in recent weeks. Now the towns of Boulder and Louisville (as well as Boulder County) have been slapped with lawsuits over their ban on modern sporting rifles and “large capacity” magazines. Rocky Mountain Gun Owners and the National Foundation for Gun Rights filed their suits in U.S. District Court on Thursday, arguing that the new gun control measures violate the Second Amendment rights of residents and should be tossed out by the courts.
