Yes we'd rather see permit-less carry approved but this Bill addresses some issues within the current license to carry requirements removing subjective opinions about one's character making and bringing the requirements into a Commonwealth wide standard. It also gives a wrongfully denied applicant their legal fees when challenging unlawful denials. A step in the right direction.
