This bill would allow for the sale of firearms confiscated to benefit law enforcement, provided lawful ownership cannot be established and the firearm returned to the owner.
Title: In firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for possession of firearm by minor; and, in forfeitures, further providing for controlled substances forfeiture and providing for disposition of forfeited firearms.
