Plea-bargaining and concurrent sentencing is used on a daily basis to defeat the application of Pennsylvania Gun Laws and the will of the people and the intent of the legislature. Violent career criminals who use firearms in the commission of crimes should NOT be eligible for plea-bargains 'or' concurrent sentencing sweetheart deals!
