This legislation will protect the Right to Keep and Bear Arms at Army Corps of Engineers water development projects.
Title: A bill to protect the right of individuals to bear arms at water resources development projects.
Subject: Water resources development: Administrative law and regulatory procedures: Army Corps of Engineers: Department of Defense: Firearms and explosives
Description: Requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to allow an individual to possess a firearm in a public area of a water resources development project if (1) the individual is not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing the firearm, and (2) the possession of the firearm is in compliance with the law of the state in which the project is located.
