Proposed Federal House Legislation HB1952

this is an anti-gun bill   evalutation

Passive identification ability needs defined. There is no text available for this Bill. And we are steadfastly against revictimizing the victims of theft or other offenses over reporting requirements. What possible justification is there for criminalizing being a victim of a crime?
